The access to and purchasing of products and services on nabss.org.uk are based on the assumption that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions of Use without modification. The reproduction of wholly or in part of any content on Nabss.org.uk is prohibited without written consent from NABSS.
The authors of works posted on nabss.org.uk have the right at any time to decline or object any distortion, modification or reproduction of their work in whole or in part; including any damage of the work that may prejudice the honour and reputation of the author.

Nabss.org.uk cannot guarantee continuous access to the website without interruption or error due to the connection to the internet. Moreover we reserve the right to disrupt access at anytime in order to maintain or update the site. In this situation all efforts will be made to resume a normal service as soon as possible. In any event that you have a problem accessing the website, contact NABSS and a member of our team will assist you as best as possible.
Nabss.org.uk has made all efforts to prevent publication of any content that might deem to violate civil beliefs or human rights and dignity. Nabss.org.uk cannot guarantee that the content of this website are appropriate or lawful or illegal in countries outside the UK. If any content is deemed to be unlawful or illegal outside of the UK, please refrain from accessing this site. Nonetheless, if you choose to continue with use of nabss.org.uk if shall be your exclusive and personal responsibility.
Nabss.org.uk is committed to protecting your privacy rights and providing a safe online experience to all its users. We collect personal information such as names, email and billing addresses, age and contact numbers. This information is collected during registration, membership and when making payment for purchases. Personal information collected is used to personalise our content and inform users about promotional materials, events and to assess our user trends. We will never give out your personal information without your permission but may from time to time inform you about promotional material from other third parties. We may at times produce reports for advertisers and third parties containing demographic and socio-economic information but we will never give out your personal details.

We reserve the right to disclose any personal information without notice or consent as needed to satisfy any law, regulation or legal request pending any investigations of consumer complaints or any breach of law.
Please allow up to 10 working days for quotes or proposals to be sent to you with regards to events and contracts.
Any email or written document stating quotes or contract details will be used as binding evidence of a formal agreement to conduct work. There will be a minimum £20 non-refundable administration fee placed on all contracts to cover necessary costs.
Customers purchasing goods are entitled to a 7 day cooling period during which products can be returned to us, but all goods must be returned in their original condition. Upon receipt of re-saleable items and original dated invoice a full refund or exchange will be given. All refunds will be processed within 30 days upon receipt of goods in their original condition. Goods should be returned within 14 days after cooling period has passed. Please note that P&P is non-refundable and goods are customers responsibility until they reach us and customer will be responsible for return postage unless the goods do not meet your Statutory Rights. Return to NABSS ADDRESS. Please note that these conditions are not relevant if goods are made to customer specifications or are CDs or DVDs purchased if they are still in their unsealed packaging.
Customers ordering a service; please note that any cancellation to be made must be done so within 7 days of placing the order. When customer agrees for the service to begin within the 7 days of placing an order your right to cancel will be terminated when the service starts. But note that an administration fee is placed upon any contract once you have agreed to work to be done and is non-refundable.
